📰 Chef Khalifa Massous Removed from IUOAMC and Blacklisted Internationally

On June 27, 2025, the International Union of Arab Master Chefs (IUOAMC) issued an official administrative decision to permanently revoke the membership of Chef Khalifa Massous, to withdraw recognition of the "Khalifa Training and Formation Center", and to add both the individual and the center to the Union’s international blacklist.
This decision follows a thorough investigation by the IUOAMC’s Disciplinary and Ethics Committee, which confirmed a series of violations deemed in direct breach of the Union’s code of ethics and professional standards.
❗ Confirmed Violations
According to the official statement issued by the General Secretariat, the following serious infractions were documented:

Unauthorized use of the IUOAMC’s official logo and name for misleading promotional purposes.

Issuing unaccredited certificates falsely attributed to the Union.

Misappropriation of intellectual training materials belonging to the IUOAMC.

Financial profiteering by falsely claiming Union affiliation.

Reputational damage caused to the Union through deceptive practices.
⚖️ Official Administrative Action
Based on the findings, the IUOAMC has decided:

Permanent revocation of Chef Khalifa Massous’s membership, and removal of all official designations within the Union.

Complete withdrawal of recognition from the Khalifa Training and Formation Center, rendering it no longer affiliated or endorsed by IUOAMC.

Inclusion of the name and the center on the IUOAMC International Blacklist, circulated among official branches, institutional partners, and culinary academies globally.

Formal advisory notice issued to all members and affiliates, urging them not to engage professionally or commercially with the aforementioned individual or center.

Retention of legal rights by the IUOAMC to take appropriate legal action against any further misuse or impersonation of its name, authority, or assets.
