Syrian Cooking Team

The Syrian Cooking Team is the official culinary team representing the Syrian Arab Republic in international and regional competitions and events. The team is dedicated to showcasing and preserving the authenticity of Syrian cuisine while promoting it on the global stage.

The name “Syrian Cooking Team”, along with its official logo, is a registered and protected trademark owned exclusively by the International Union of Arab Master Chefs – IUOAMC. Use of the name or logo in any event or representation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Union’s leadership.

In accordance with the official regulations and statutes of the Union, no individual or entity is permitted to use the team’s name or participate under its banner without formal approval issued by the Union. This policy is in place to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and to ensure the honorable representation of Syrian culinary heritage.

The team is currently managed by Chef Mohammad Hanoura, the officially appointed Team Director, who is responsible for overseeing all team affairs and coordinating official participations with the Union’s administration.
